Catering Policies
AVI FOODSYSTEMS, Inc., Campus Dining Services is both pleased and proud to present our Catering Services Menu. The selections contained herein are samples of our most frequently requested menu items. Our menus and services are both flexible and adaptable. Should you desire to customize any of the selections offered, or want to develop your own, our catering team would be pleased to assist you in creating a personalized menu.
It is our sincere desire that our planning and attention to detail will make you feel that you are a guest at your own event.
Event Planning and Scheduling
Once a campus facility has been reserved, we request that you contact our catering office at least two weeks prior to your event to develop a menu. A guaranteed count is required 48 hours prior to your event. Final billing is based on the guaranteed count, or, should attendance exceed the guaranteed count, the actual number of guests served.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, we request a 48-hour notice prior to the event.
Special Information
Pricing on this web site is based on services in approved catering locations. For catering needs in all other locations, a delivery and set-up charge may apply and will be quoted in advance.
- All prices quoted include basic linen service. Specialty linens, such as skirting, are available at an additional charge.
- Service personnel are included in the catering prices listed. All catered events are staffed to ensure prompt and timely service. At your request, additional wait staff would be quoted at an hourly rate.
- China service at approved locations is included in the pricing enclosed. China service for other campus or non-campus locations is available at a cost to be quoted at the time of the event booking.
- Equipment for functions not served by AVI attendants shall be the responsibility of the contracted group.
